WHERE FOOD FREEDOM MEETS FAITH
You love Jesus, but you secretly hate your body.
If youâve ever skipped communion because of the carbs, pull up a chair.

YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH FOOD & YOUR BODY?
Kinda feels like that one friend group from high school who smiled to your face but whispered behind your back.
Some days youâre âgoodââyou stick to your meal plan, skip dessert, and pat yourself on the back for passing up the Chick-fil-A fries (again đ).
Other days? You eat the cookie, feel like a failure, and spiral into a shame spiral faster than you can say WWJD about carbs?
Youâre a faith-driven, high-capacity woman juggling a million thingsâschool drop-offs, Zoom meetings, ministry responsibilities, keeping everyone fed (while forgetting to eat lunch yourself).
But underneath it all, thereâs a constant soundtrack playing in your mind, like a scratched-up Destinyâs Child CD stuck on repeat:
đ¶ âShould I eat that?â âDid I ruin everything?â âMaybe Iâll skip dinner.â âUgh, why canât I get it together?â đ¶
Sound familiar?

𧟠Eat what you love without mentally calculating how many jumping jacks itâll take to burn it off?
đȘ Look in the mirror without tearing yourself apart?
đActually enjoy food and feel present at the dinner table (instead of rehearsing tomorrowâs âclean eatingâ plan in your head)?
Ohhh friend, youâre in the right place.
Thatâs where I come in.
Weâre throwing out the rulebook, stopping the shame spiral in its tracks, and building something better:
A Christ-centered, grace-filled approach to food and body image thatâs actually sustainable.
Less obsessing. More living.
And yesâcarbs are still invited. đ
TRUSTED BY

I coach women who are sick of making their body a lifelong project.
Because shrinking was never supposed to be the goal
Around here, we call it food freedomâbut what you really need to know is that itâs 100% possible to stop stressing and obsessing about how you look and what you eat.
We do things⊠differently in this corner of the internet:
No âjust love what you see in the mirrorâ pep talks.
No pushing body positivity like a bandaid on deep wounds.
No guilt-tripping you for eating the dang Oreo.
Over the last 13 years, Iâve worked with more than 300 clients and families, empowered tens of thousands through 60+ podcast guest episodes, and led food freedom & body image workshops for organizations like Sadie Robertson Huffâs LO Sister. Iâve spoken on stages and at universities across the countryâincluding Auburn, Texas Tech, and Abilene Christianâbecause THIS message needs a mic. đ€

Break Free From Food Guilt
& Body Shame
Imagine getting dressed once in the morningâwithout cycling through every outfit you own.
Imagine eating lunch without the mental calorie math.
Imagine hearing your reflection say, âYouâre doing just fineâ, instead of âNot enough.â
Get the brainspace back thatâs been hijacked by nutrition labels and body drama. Speak to yourself (and your jeans) with kindness. Show up fullyâwithout shrinking down to fit some ideal God never asked of you.
This is the freedom you were made for:
A life where food doesnât control you. Where your worth isnât up for debate. And where body peace feels... dare we say it... normal.
Letâs be real for a sec...
I DIDN'T BECOME A DIETETIAN BECAUSE I LOVE KALE.
(Honestly? Iâm still mildly bitter that bagged salad goes slimy so fast.)
I became a dietitian because I saw women trying to âfixâ their bodies through restriction, punishment, and perfectionâand calling it holy.
I saw how deeply diet culture had wormed its way into Christian spaces. And I knew Jesus has so much more for us than food guilt and body shame.
Also? I once came *this* close to quitting my job at a residential eating disorder treatment center to go to pastry school. đđ©đ»âđłđ°
I even made my own wedding cake, ran a side hustle baking custom confections, and seriously considered hanging up my RD license for a stand mixer and a dream.

Here's a Few of My Favorite Creations
â ïžSpoiler: I never went to pastry school.
But I did take all that frustration and funnel it into creating a Christ-centered space for women who want real, lasting healingâNOT another set of rules.
So yeah, Iâve been in the trenches. Iâve worked in the treatment centers. Iâve led the workshops.
But more than anything, Iâve listened to women like you say:Â âI just want to stop thinking about food all the time.â
And Iâve made it my mission to help you get there.
